Very nice stay

Amazing location and the staff was caring about us. You can walk and in two minutes you are in Patong beach

My room was very noise. the customer on our side were so noisy and it was difficult to rest. However, I informed the staff and on the next day they chanced our room.

Decent room. Didn't get food from the hotel but it's located around the corner from a market that sells good food,

Rooftop pool isn't in use and hasn't been since "covid" and I think that should be advertised, but other than that good value for money, and friendly staff too.

Good value, no frills hotel in a great location

Very comfortable no frills accommodation close to the entertainment area, but tucked away in a generally quiet Soi (lane). Good internet, and a small balcony for smokers, or just to view the area below. About a 5 minute walk to the start Bangla Road, and a few minutes walk further to the other end of Bangla to reach Patong Beach. Plenty of restaurants in the local area, and Relax Massage is a few meters away should you want a professional massage. Bike hire and a money changer are located outside the hotel.

The shower screen can leak if the shower head is aimed directly at the screen; however, I have no major complaints for the money.

good value for money had everything you need for the price you pay. clean room, good quality beds, and surprisingly good instant coffee.

could get breakfast included. but on the plus side, there is a nice breakfast place that serves bfast for 160 Bhat.

cheap and cheerful!

property is centrally located and very close to everything, Bangla road, night, market, shopping mall etc. Good spot if you’re looking to stay in the centre of patong. Staff were incredibly helpful and catered to all of our additional asks .

The property is old and needs major upkeep and renovations. It is basic and only suitable if you just need a bed for the night. The pool is out of use!

Receptionist was very friendly from the moment I checked in, overall I was very happy with my 3 nights I stayed here great value for money!! Beach towels are provided. Great location, few minute walk to the mall shopping centre. Around a 7 minute walk to Patong beach. Would definitely stay here again if I was to be in Phuket. Balcony provided with the room. Air conditioning was very good! Once again was very happy with my three nights here, friendly and perfect location and great value for money.

Location , rooms , amenities ..all top notch ..took the deluxe room and it was very good ..big size , comfortable beds .. Really felt relaxed ... It's write opposite jungceylon mall and 7-8 mins walk to Bangla road through the mall .. Everything is close by..rooms aren't road facing as they are 20m into a lane from the main road ..

Location is perfect. 10 mins walk from beach, 5 mins for other key areas. If I do decide to stay here again, it would be due to the location.

The location is great, basically in the city center. The room is spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfy and the sheets and towels were changed almost everyday. The bathroom is cleaned daily. The shower is huge. Free bottled water on a daily basis. The tea and coffee machine in the lobby is also a big plus. The staff is nice and helpful. WiFi worked perfectly fine.

Perfect location to have fun, minutes from Patong beach, next to a fresh food market as well as Bangla Road. Lots of food options and convenience stores nearby. Rooms of a good size - sufficient for two adults to share without feeling hard pressed for space to store clothes bags etc. Rooms cleaned every day and the reception staff have always been helpful. If you need ANYTHING you just need to ask. Good value for money.
